This past weekend…
This weekend felt like it could’ve went on forever, and it wasn’t even a long weekend - I just had a lot of things to do…
Friday - The usual Happy Hour with the guys/the Vampire Crew. I was also supposed to go meet up with some co-workers for a farewell Happy Hour. Didn’t quite make it to that one. The guys and I haven’t closed down the bar in awhile, but this time we did. Great music to dance to - can’t beat good reggae and soca music. Oh yea, good seeing you, Parry 
. I thought my night was over when I got home, but noooo…. I decided to answer phone calls. Let’s just say, between the hours of 3-ish to 7-ish, I probably only had 2 hours of sleep. By then, I was wide awake and could not get back to sleep.
Saturday - As much as I didn’t have much sleep and feeling sluggish (partly due to the alcohol intake the night before), I managed to do some housework before Eliza and Marc came by, and before I had to get ready to leave for Giants Stadium…. Morgan State University vs. Hampton University. How was the game? Who won? Who cares?!?! No one really goes to watch the game. Everyone goes for the tailgate party and for the half time show. Right before the half time show, you see hordes of people walking into the stadium and right after the show, you see the same hordes of people leaving to go back to the parking lot for the tailgate party. I decided to rest for a few hours, when I got home before I start getting ready for a party Kim invited me to…. Yea, didn’t quite make it to that one either….
Sunday - Woke up feeling numb from just being extremely tired and finished the rest of the stuff I needed to do at home, then got ready for Andres & Jen’s wedding shower. Speaking of which, Joey - VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I’m not even going to speak on it right now as it’s already starting to irk me again. Came home to finally get to relax and watch my recorded season premiers of Law & Order (from Fri. night) and Desperate Housewives.
